Make a Request and Be a Part of the Show!

 Request Specifications:

• Your Big Band request must be considered 'Popular Music' of the day and recorded between 1935 -1945. 
• Vocal groups and vocalists of this era can also be requested.  
• Try to make three requests. This will help our interns in acquiring at least one of your favorites if not more from our archives.  
• Requests need to be received no later than midnight Friday prior to the Saturday evening broadcast for programming.

What to do:

• Email your request to requests@wyyr.com with the following information: 
• • As much of your name you would like to be announced. 
  • Your country and city. 
  • Who you would like the request sent out to... if at all. 
  • And a small story only if you wish. For example; the first time you heard your request, or what it means to you... or any other memories you'd like to share. That's up to you. 
• This information is asked only if you decide not to be a live caller. 
• If you decide to be a live caller, let us know. Love to have you.  

The magic that will happen:

If we find your request in our archives you will be invited to call into the show no later than the Saturday afternoon prior to that evenings show. 

In the email we will include our listener request phone number if in case you don't have it.

If you happen to be out and are away from your computer at the time of the show, don't worry. Just call in your request to our call in number from where ever you are and you will still be a part of the show.
